Needed a part for my Shimano reel and tried everywhere to find it before I stumbled across Jim's reel shop..I ordered the part and it was with me within 2days I actually phoned the shop up and the guy is actually a real nice bloke and very helpful ..so if your looking for a part for your reel and struggling to find it give Jim's reel shop a call he will probably be able to help you out..it's a 5*S*T*A*R*S from me
Terrible customers service. Ordered a driveshaft for a Sl20sh, I installed correctly and took my reel fishing. I wound in to a snag and started to walk back to free my gear when the reel popped, and spun the other way. Upon inspection the driveshaft bent which caused the anti reverse gear to lift and not catch. I informed Jims of this and all I had back was how did you damage the driveshaft so badly after explaining what I have just wrote I have had no reply. I will never use this company again and would encourage everyone else not use them either.
