I have been using Fotospeed paper for approximately 9 months now and whilst the particular paper I use produces a great finish, I have had nothing but trouble with the poor manufacturing quality of the sheets of paper. I run a small online business providing prints to customers, which means I am printing for most of the day, every day. My first major issue with the paper came when I was finding black/grey marks on the majority of the sheets in the boxes, and now more recently I am finding many tiny fragments on every sheet, presumably from where the paper has been cut. This means I am having to blow on each sheet to remove the fragments, or use an anti-static brush. Sometimes this is not enough though and the fragments result in white specs on the final print where the ink has not been able to be applied to the actual sheet of paper.I also challenge anyone to receive a box of sheets where the first sheet is not a complete write-off because of various marks that can be found on it.This is costing my small business money in terms of wasted paper, wasted ink and my wasted time as the printing process is taking 3-4 times longer than it should do. Not to mention the drawer of doom which is piled with prints that I just cannot send to customers because of this problem.Unfortunately I am lumbered with 100s of this paper at the moment and it is the busiest time of the year for my business so I don't have enough time to look for an alternative manufacturer at the moment, however come the new year I will be moving away from Fotospeed.I swear to god I am at the point of having a mental breakdown at the moment because of this paper!

This company is awful and I have now changed away from them. In my time they have screwed up my printer by sending ink which they had filled into the wrong bottle, they supplied paper which has always been faulty but which they are not replacing if claims are made after 1 year, their inkflow keeps blocking up your printer and for any support enquiries they never get back to you unless you chase them for days and weeks. Never again.
