I paid nearly 2,000 for dentures. They do not fit and I find it difficult to eat, even with fixative. after numerous complaints and visits I was told that I would have to learn to live with it. If I had been told that I could not get dentures to fit I would not have paid money which I cannot afford for something unfit for purpose. I am sorry but I am not impressed with this practice.
Recently started using this dentist. So far so good. Friendly and helpful reception staff and a knowledgeable and caring dentist. Can't ask for more really.
Clean and modern interior with competent, friendly staff. I've used this dentist all of my life and never had cause for complaint, for what is essentially an unpleasant experience for many people. Appointments are usually on time. You get email and text reminders in advance if you forget to put it in your calendar.
I booked an appointment for a 20 NHS check and clean. After the visit dentist told me I dont need cleaning but booked me for a hygienist? So I booked a 40 hygienist to get what ? a teeth cleaning! Once the lady cleaned half of my teeth, she stopped and asked me to book another appointment for the second half?? to pay another 40 to get my other half teeth cleaned? so for a 20 NHS clean and check I end up paying 20+40+40? 100 for just a teeth cleaning? lady at reception told me it is to take or to leave it.Very poor! i canceled the second half treatment. greedy!! poor service for extra
