Poor communication and aggressive receptionist. As with all these places you have to chase them for updates, they promise to call and never do. I was left a message at 5.30 on Friday to say the car was ready, no prior notice after 5-6 weeks of being without the car. Their Google listing says they close at 6 so I tried to call but not answer and there was no chance I could make it by 6 so I left it for Saturday. I was about to leave on Saturday when I got a further message to say there had been a mistake that my car was not ready and it would probably be Monday. I called up to see what was going on and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I was told the car would be ready around lunchtime on Monday. On Monday lunchtime I called for an update and was told it would probably be close of business but someone would call me. 5.15 I call because I've heard nothing to find the car is ready. It is a shame as the work they have done is to a high standard let down by poor communication. I'm not sure if the time scale taken was normal but at no point was I kept up to date.
Thanks and appreciation to everyone at Crash for such an amazing job repairing the key damage to my Honda Jazz. The damage is now a distant memory, thanks to such a fantastic repair job. The quality of the work is absolutely amazing and Crash's technicians have done a top notch job. In addition to the work done, the administrative side of things was really easy - my insurance company were dealt with on my behalf, I had a lovely courtesy car to drive whilst mine was in for repair, and everyone I spoke to at the office was friendly, kind, helpful and always dealt with me with a smile. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with Crash.
They did a great job on a replacement front bumper for me last year but when I asked them about a job this year they replied once asking for more vehicle details - fair enough - and then once provided never came back to me again despite chasing up. Don't really understand why they wouldn't reply. Pity really as I think otherwise they are very good.
Really friendly, and a superb job. Plus they provide a great service.
